Attorney Jim Pickens of Kinsey, Vincent, Pyle, P.L. represented sellers Aberdeen at Ormond Beach Limited Partners in the largest real estate sale in Volusia County history. The 55-and-older community, Aberdeen at Ormond Beach, was sold to Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance for $96 million dollars.
