A Distinguished Florida Business and Construction Law Firm
From its inception in 1946, Kinsey, Vincent, Pyle has demonstrated a commitment to serving its clients, its profession, and its community, and we remain committed to this tradition of service.
We are proud of our long history in the Daytona Beach area. Our original office was located over Pete Paul's Drug Store, and staffed in 1946 by our founders, Roy Kinsey, Aubrey Vincent, and Frank Pyle, at the corner of Main Street and Atlantic Avenue. We now occupy The City Center East, located in the heart of the downtown business district.
Our dedication to community service reflects the varied interests of our attorneys and staff who have supported, counseled, guided, and led numerous non-profit community organizations including Memorial Hospital Systems, Inc., the Art League, Special Olympics, Downtown Business Association, Enterprise Volusia, Work Oriented Rehabilitation Center, Junior Achievement, YMCA, United Way, Daytona Beach Symphony Society, youth sports groups, church groups, Rotary, Kiwanis, Halifax Area Chamber of Commerce, and other service groups.
Within the legal profession, members of our firm have served on the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar, the Florida Bar Grievance Committees, and American Bar Association committees. Our members have served as president of the Volusia County Bar Association, while other members have served and continue to serve on local, state, and national bar committees and sections. Staff members of the firm have been involved in the Daytona Beach Legal Secretaries Association, serving as officers. The Legal Administrator for the firm is involved in the Association of Legal Administrators nationally and locally, serving two terms on the Board for the Central Florida Chapter of Legal Administrators. Paralegals of the firm have been involved in Volusia Association of Legal Assistants, serving as officers, including the Paralegal Affiliate Program of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
The main focus of our efforts has always been and continues to be our valued clients. In the beginning, we concentrated primarily on real estate and business matters. Today, we provide a much broader range of legal services to meet the varied needs of business and individual clients in commercial and other civil areas of practice, including foreclosures.
More than sixty years of existence, and over 125 years of combined legal experience with long-range planning and new technology, provides us with a unique ability to deliver high-quality legal representation. We are committed to maintaining this tradition of service.
