At its February 10, 2014 meeting, the Volusia County School Board approved KVP to represent the School Board in construction litigation matters. KVP also represents other public and private owners in construction and lien law matters including the City of Port Orange, the City of New Smyrna Beach, Stetson University, NASCAR, International Speedway Corporation, Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. and Halifax Plantation, Inc.
