Biography

MaryEllen Koberg grew up in Daytona Beach, Florida, and graduated from Warner Christian Academy. She has practiced law for over 28 years and is Board Certified in Construction Law. MaryEllen focuses her practice on construction contract matters including negotiations and litigation including defect claims, delay claims, performance and payment bond claims, insurance claims and lien law issues. She also has extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiating.  She has written papers and articles relating to construction law and has participated as a speaker for the continuing legal education program for lawyers, architects and engineers. MaryEllen is AV Preeminent® rated by Martindale Hubbell®, which is the highest rating obtainable by an attorney.
